Dear visitors of this website,I have a wonderful
testimony to share with you about my way to english.
Longtime ago my parents wanted me to speak english
very well,since the primary school co'z they had an
open sight on the comin' world.They used to buy some
kids english books to give in advance the "TASTE" of
english by the time I arrive at college.But when I
arrived at college I had difficulties to master some
matters(subjects),my parents didn't take real measures so as I learn english in a specific way.So,as soon as I arrived in 3ème,as I had an exam to take,my parents had got a personnal teacher of english who came to teach me at home.After four months,nothing enterd my mind and the so called teacher of english said to my parents that he could no more teach me co'z my brain
was not open to english and the best solution for my
parents to make me speak english,as I do it today,was
to send me into an english speakin' country.From that time,my parents were disapointed.
Around two years later,in my grammar school,a very old friend of mine,Mr MONDESIR,was havin' success,his name was used to bein' spoken by many pupils that he spoke english very well.At that time I didn't long to learn to speak english.A few time after he came and tell me that the courses,stopped in 1998 because of the war,were about to start again at the club-called at that time "ENGLISH LOVERS CENTER"- and asked me to join the club if possible.Without hesitatin',even if I really wasn't motivated,I accepted.When I arrived at the club the first day,I may say that I was embarassed because the famous teacher of english "Mr PAT" whom I
used to hear about from Mr MONDESIR was not "BIG" and had nothing special as I had thought it before.That day I all the same did my first course under an unroofed and burnt house before I homesponned very disapointed.Arrived at home,when I explained what I lived and saw at the club to my father and compared to the entrance and monthly membership fees that were just 1000frs CFA ,my father told me that he didn't
trust the club co'z many adventurers ventured to teach english while they were not fit enough to do it and for fear to become an adventurer too,I'd better stay at home or look for another club to learn english.I truly was troubled co'z I no more knew what to do.As it was not expensive,I all the same stand a good chance of continuing the courses while paying them myself.Then the "adventurer adventure" began before it turned out just too weeks later to a "hopeful adventur" co'z the more I was learning,the more I was conviced and found my place in the english world.Six months later I could speak english as if I were a native speaker of english.I didn't believe that I could speak english as I do it today.
All this thanks to his excellence Mr PAT MORGAN
HOOK,the charismatic teacher of english.I call him
like that co'z he transforms adventurers of english
into real wonderful,marvelous,uncomparable dealers of english.
Once more,thanks to his excellence and I'd like to make him know that he's the best teacher of english I've never seen and as long as english will stay in my brain,I'll always keep him in my heart.
Whoever thinks to english,thinks to his excellence Mr PAT even if he is not conscious of it.
A real magic maker too,he has made people,who so called could only speak english in english speaking country,speak english in BRAZZAVILLE.
